Your prayers deserve care.

Prayer AI stores your account profile, private prayer cards, challenge participation, and the content you choose to share. Your private journal is accessible only through your authenticated account. Church administrators cannot browse personal prayer cards.

When you choose to share

A pastoral request sends the text you review to your church’s authorized care team. A wall submission sends a separate copy for moderation. Approved wall posts are shown without your account name; identifying information in your words, photos, or voice should be removed before submission. You can withdraw a wall submission from My prayers.

AI and recordings

When you request AI assistance, your submitted words are processed through Firebase’s AI service. Private intake recordings are uploaded temporarily for transcription and deleted after processing; an hourly cleanup removes abandoned recordings after one hour. Review generated guidance before using or sharing it.

Photos and voice notes attached to community posts are a separate, explicit sharing choice. They are stored with the submission, reviewed by moderators, and shown to the selected community after approval. Withdrawing the post removes it from the feed. Photos are resized before upload. A voice can identify you even when your account name is hidden.

This device and reminders

Unsent prayer drafts and vigil notes are saved on this device and removed when you sign out. Push tokens associate notification permission with your account and device. Prayer text is not included in reminder notifications or analytics events.

Emails and optional analytics

We use Resend to deliver welcome and password-reset emails from Church AI. If you allow analytics, Firebase Analytics records usage such as page visits, completed setup and challenge check-ins. Prayer text, account names, email addresses, images, church names and private links are excluded. You can change your choice in Profile → Notifications → Usage analytics.
